  Last fall, your company fixed my roof and re-sided my house. These events were necessary because of hail damage that occurred. Brian conducted the estimation for these efforts and all ensuing negotiations. I am writing this note because I am 68 years old and in my lifetime I have had numerous dealings with contractors of all kinds including building and remodeling of two houses. My experience with KMK Residential Restorations Inc. was by far the most painless and pleasant experience I have ever had with a contractor. Every time I had a question, it was answered with integrity and honesty. Every schedule was met or exceeded. Brian met with my insurance adjuster and resolved every issue in a timely manner. I never really had to get involved after my 1st meeting with the adjuster. During 42 years I worked, I managed organizations of up to 450 people. I think I can recognize poor, average and good employees. Although I certainly do not pretend to know anything about the Roofing & Siding business, Brian showed me terrific, Technical, Communicative and Interpersonal skills. Maybe, more importantly, he is a true gentleman. I think you are very fortunate to have him as an employee. Additional note: The head of the roofing crew was Sean. Sean???s crew completed the roofing job in one day and a very thorough cleanup job was preformed. Brian and Sean then met at my house and inspected the job to ensure it was completed and met my expectations. Although, I am not capable of getting up on the roof, the job looks excellent. Although I only met Sean one time, he was very impressive individual and was genuinely concerned that I was satified with the job. P.S. I certainly would recommend KMK to anyone that I know for any Roofing or Siding needs.
